Caleb Lee
Caleb grew up in the senior living industry. He started volunteering at a local senior living community at the age of 9, and when he was 16, he began his first job as a server there. He continued working numerous positions in senior living while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration at the University of Tennessee.
After graduation, Caleb entered the administrator-in-training program, where he worked in all positions caring for seniors at several senior living communities throughout the country. He strongly believes that leading is serving and that community is created through humility in service.
Caleb is an avid Tennessee Vols fan and an active tennis player.
